J Rosser

AI Research Lead | DPhil in Machine Learning @ Oxford

I am a Doctoral Researcher in Machine Learning (AIMS) at the University of Oxford, receiving full EPSRC funding from Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Microsoft and more. My research focuses on Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning, LLMs, and memory-based model architectures. I have two years of industry experience primarily in startups, including as Founding Researcher at Convergence, where I explored MARL with LLMs, managed HPC clusters with Slurm, and contributed to the launch of "Proxy," an AI assistant with real-time learning capabilities, at the Google Cloud Summit.
